OUR STORY

Sarah Jane Francis grew up in Dallas, TX and enjoyed the abundant culture of "Tex-Mex" cuisine. A staple of the Mexican food dinner is the cheese dip appetizer known as "Queso" which consists of melted cheeses and assorted vegetables/spices . However this was not enough for Sarah Jane, while living in El Paso, TX she learned about the blending of vegetables and cheeses from the local community. When she returned to Dallas in the late1970s she perfected the recipe while catering and hosting dinner parties. She would give it away each year for Christmas gifts and it developed a wide following always wanting more. 

In 1988, with the encouragement and financial backing of some loyal family and friends, Sarah Jane started selling her Gourmet Queso in the Dallas Metroplex. While being carried in local Tom Thumbs it grew to become the #1 non-dairy fresh product sold. After 20+ years of raising a family she is ready to use her God given talent and recipes to help others while providing a superb product.
